Customer Success

Customer Success provides you with a dedicated point of contact, separate from technical support or training, to help ensure you’re getting the most value from Propman. One of the main focusses of Customer Success is on undertaking clients reviews to ensure you’re using the system in a best practice way, these include:

  • Reviewing your processes and any barriers to using the system
  • Addressing any gaps in system/functionality knowledge
  • Keeping you up-to-date with the latest functionality to ensure you’re utilising the whole system

Describing your issue

Providing us with important details helps us troubleshoot and resolve queries effectively. Here are some key things to think about when you raise a support query:

  • Capture and send screenshots of error messages (Alt + PrtScn)
  • The version of Propman you are using (Click ‘Help’ and then ‘About’)
  • How many users are affected
  • If the query has been raised before
