Describing your issue
Providing us with important details helps us troubleshoot and resolve queries effectively. Here are some key things to think about when you raise a support query:- Capture and send screenshots of error messages (Alt + PrtScn)
- The version of Propman you are using (Click ‘Help’ and then ‘About’)
- How many users are affected
- If the query has been raised before
