Hosting FAQ
Will my data be secure?
We use SSL certification, therefore the connection to your hosted server is secure. You can read our other data security information in our ts&cs.
What happens to my data at the end of my contract?
We can keep Hosting your data for the lifetime of your Propman contract. If you choose to no longer continue your Propman contract, then we will arrange for your data to be returned to you.
Are there any other costs?
For Propman Hosting you will need to have the E3 Office 365 licences which users are able to upgrade themselves for £15 per user or we can organise for you.
How quickly can I get started?
Once we have sign off, if you are an existing client it will take us around 2-3 to set up Hosting for you, depending on the size of your database. There will be a some downtime only when we migration your database which can be arranged for a time that suits your team.
For new clients, set up will take 2 days maximum.
