The upgrade trigger

Hamilton Chase had run Propman on an office server for years. However access depended on being in the office or using clunky workarounds.

Once the business opened a second office and flexible working became a bigger part of daily operations, that setup no longer matched how the team needed to work. Propman had to be available wherever staff were based, without slowing down delivery or forcing a new way of working.
