In early April 2025, Grosvenor Systems hosted a standout event for property professionals ready to shape the future. Our Data & Innovation Forum brought together clients and experts to explore how cloud technologies, AI, and smarter data practices are transforming property management.

From insightful talks to live demos and meaningful networking, the day was designed to spark ideas. And it delivered.

5 Highlights from the Day: 

• Security took the spotlight in a session with AWS, showing how Propman’s cloud setup benefits from 143+ certifications and a smart security model proving that solid infrastructure fuels innovation

• Our panel broke down leasehold reform and renters’ rights, highlighting what property professionals need to know and how systems will need to evolve to stay compliant.  
• Attendees got an early look at PropBI, our new reporting tool, currently in beta. It’s built to bring insights and custom dashboards to the forefront, and feedback on its flexibility and interface was incredibly positive.
• A lively (and fun!) session on practical housekeeping strategies in Propman. There were props. There were demos. And there were even microfiber cloths. Clean data = better decisions.
• We unveiled upcoming Propman features – from bank feeds to EPC tools – and teased PropIQ, our AI lease scanner, all driven by your Ideas Portal feedback.
