Trinity Estates are a national property management company bringing expertise, innovation and knowledge to their clients on a local and personal level. They offer high quality and cost effective property management to both residential, commercial and mixed use developments. Trinity’s portfolio has grown to over 850 developments, consisting of 56, 000 homes right across England and Wales and they now employ a team of 150. All of their properties are managed locally by their estate management team, providing an exceptionally high level of service.

Trinity needed to find a system that supported their growth and enabled them to provide the best service to their residents.
