Budworth Hardcastle is an independent firm of Property Consultants, Valuers and Building Surveyors dealing with commercial property including industrial, warehousing, office and retail. They operate out of offices in Peterborough, Kettering and Northampton.
Created through the merger of Budworth Brown and Marriott Hardcastle, the team have a wealth of corporate experience which enables them to provide a broad spectrum of services through an approachable, hands-on service. They manage approximately 1000 commercial units nationwide.
As a growing company, it was important for the team to have the right system in place to be able to efficiently manage their data and provide a high level of service to both clients and tenants. Tom Freer, Head of Property Management at Budworth Hardcastle, explains:

Service charge reconciliations were time-consuming and the reports were output in a non-usable format. “The processes that Propman has helped us with the most are our accounting, reporting and service charge reconciliation. We now have a reliable system, that’s flexible and has saved us a significant amount of time. As well as this, Propman has enabled us to switch from paper-based communications to sending them electronically which means we’ve significantly reduced our postage costs and now have a record of everything in one easily accessible place. We’re looking to upgrade to the latest version of Propman and we’re excited about the new web functionality coming out.
