With November now in the full swing, the NOTB Property Management Awards are just around the corner.
Taking place on Thursday 30th November, the NOTB Property Management Awards are one of the most popular industry events in the residential leasehold sector.

This year the awards head back to central London and are taking place at the spectacular Supernova event space at Victoria Embankment Gardens. Supernova is a prestigious venue and only available for 2 months of the year.
Announced on October 26th, this year’s finalists are a mixture of both individuals and companies who have all been recognised for their excellence and professionalism in the residential leasehold sector. There are 18 categories up for grabs, which cover all aspects of residential leasehold management – from service charge, concierge and legal, through to managing agents, customer service and recruitment.
As per last year, the judges will account for 100% of the award with one winner per category being announced on the night. There will also be the possibility of a discretionary highly commended award if the judges see fit. This year the judging panel is made up of 6 industry professionals who have all been heavily involved in the residential leasehold sector for numerous years.
