Step 4. Implementation

After you’ve seen Propman in action and decided it’s for you, the next stage is go live. Our 25 years of experience has taught us that this is often the most daunting time for our Clients, so we make sure we’re here for you every step of the way. Our IT Team, led by Paul, will make sure you’re supported throughout the whole process, ensuring Propman slots seamlessly into your business and starts making a difference straight away.

Step 5. Knowledge is power

To help you get the most from Propman, we place a high level of focus on our training. Our Training Team, led by our Training and Development Director Linda, will ensure you feel supported with training that’s tailored to your business.

We also run regular training seminars and webinars which are designed to help keep your knowledge topped up or learn about new features and functionalities. This approach ensures no matter how experienced you are with using Propman, you always feel in the know.

Installing Propman is just the start. Our Support Team are here to answer your questions, talk you through processes and help you if things don’t quite go to plan.
