Grosvenor Systems carried out a presentation in Birmingham on the 25th February 2010.

The presentation focused on how you can use software to consolidate business processes.

The presentation provided an overview of Propman - our property management and integrated financial accounting software. We focused on the functionality and subsequent time and efficency savings that Propman provides and looked how Propman can best meet your business requirements.

Grosvenor Systems carried out a blind survey on all current clients and had some outstanding results!

The results showed that our Support Team have maintained their high level of exceptional service with the satisfaction of response time to a phone call or email scoring 9.2 out of 10.

Customers rated the satisfaction of the resolution of their support call at 9 out of 10 and the helpfulness and friendliness of our staff at 8.9 out of 10.

This year Grosvenor Systems exhibited and attended The British Property Federation's national conference ‘Turning Points’. The conference examined the turning points in the global recession and its impact on the UK property industry. The session speakers and panelists looked at what went wrong and how we will put it right.

The conference was held at the QEII Centre in Westminster, London on the 16^th June 2009.

Team Propman participate in RICS matrics London 5-a-side football tournament!

This year Team Propman participated in the RICS matrics London 5-a-side football tournament and finished with a great result! The event has been running for several years now and proved to be a great success! The event is attended by many of those working in the property industry.

The football was held on Friday the 24th April at the Powerleague London City. Thanks to everyone who came along to support us!

This year RICS organised a Commercial Property Management Roadshow took place throughout a range of venues throughout the UK during March - May 2009.

The show was aimed at commercial property managers, owners, occupiers and lawyers working within the property industry. The event focused on service charge and the recent papers published to support the code as well as giving a legal update and exploring the environmental concerns.

Grosvenor Systems had a presence at the London venue that was on the 6th May 2009 at the Holiday Inn, Regents Park, London.

This year Grosvenor Systems Propman attended the Tyne and Wear Commercial Property Show that took place in the Stadium of Light in Sunderland.

The show was a great success and we had a lot of interest from a range of clients. The show was the biggest event in the North and will be a major attraction for any one who works within the property industry.
