Web Access

To complement our Windows-based Propman application, we offer three Web Access solutions that allow you, your clients and tenants  to log on to the Internet and access a range of property and financial information. This results in greater transparency, clearer communications and more effective property management.

Web Access enables you, your clients and tenants to:

  • View property, tenancy and head lease information
  • View client fund balances 
  • View tenant outstanding balances 
  • Download client property and tenant documentation 
  • View and download tenant statements 
  • Make electronic payments via Sage Pay
  • View, update and add property maintenance events 
  • Utilise user-defined ‘Contact Us’ forms for contacting members of your team relating to specific queries
  • View real-time service charge expenditure actual vs. budget details

Tenants – Tenants can use a secure login to view property-related documents and use a secure login to view their service charge expenditure information. Optional access allows tenants to view details of current maintenance work on their property, plus tailored web forms can be created to allow tenants to address queries directly to the relevant member of the property management team.

A full transaction history can be viewed or downloaded, and tenants can select outstanding items for payment before being passed to the Sage Pay payment site for entry of their card details. Subsequently payments made in this manner can be automatically uploaded into Propman as allocated tenant receipts.

Clients – Managing Agents clients can use Web Access to download their statement of accounts, keep track of ongoing maintenance work and view tenancy, headlease and property portfolio details. As all information is supplied in real-time, this results in better communications and more effective decision-making. 

Users – For property managers, Web Access provides tenant, client, tenancy and head lease information as well as full access to the Propman Jobs system, allowing users to check the status of jobs, log new jobs, update cost information and produce supplier purchase orders. By allowing users to access and update information across the Internet, Web Access offers not just a more flexible property management solution, but a more efficient one.
