Training and Support

Propman offers a wealth of functionality, and our training and support team are there to ensure you get the most out of it. By taking the time to fully understand your business requirements our consultants are able to deliver bespoke training and support that meets your individual needs.

We regard training as fundamental to the success of implementation, and throughout the training process you will benefit from the services of a dedicated account manager so you can be sure you are dealing with someone who understands your business requirements.

Training is delivered at your offices, and our experienced personnel will also provide appropriate project management and consultancy support during the implementation phase to ensure the project is completed to the agreed timescales.

After successful implementation of the system we offer a range of training options to meet your future business requirements, including on-site refresher training and standard training courses.  Ongoing training will guarantee that you are able to take advantage of future product developments and will ensure that new staff are quickly brought up-to-speed with Propman’s capabilities.

For any procedural or technical questions our telephone support desk is here to provide expert support and advice to quickly resolve any issues should they arise. We are absolutely committed to building long term relationships with our clients and provide high quality support and training as your business grows.

We carried out a customer satisfaction survey of over 100 clients at our recent Annual Strategy Group meeting in order to assess whether we are providing the right level of service. Our clients rated our Support staff as being 8.8/10 for helpfulness and 8.2/10 for their satisfaction with the resolution of their query.

The quality of our training has increased year on year with the effectiveness of training increasing to 8.2/10 and the training managers understanding on your business requirements to 8.6/10
