This year RICS organised a Commercial Property Management Roadshow took place throughout a range of venues throughout the UK during March - May 2009.

The show was aimed at commercial property managers, owners, occupiers and lawyers working within the property industry. The event focused on service charge and the recent papers published to support the code as well as giving a legal update and exploring the environmental concerns.

Grosvenor Systems had a presence at the London venue that was on the 6th May 2009 at the Holiday Inn, Regents Park, London.
