Following the successful launch of the Propman Web Access applications, providing tenants, clients and users with web access to their information in Propman, Grosvenor Systems Ltd have further enhanced the Tenant Web Application to enable tenants to make payments on-line.
From within the Tenant Web Application the tenant selects which outstanding items to pay and they are then passed to the secure Sage Pay payment site for entry of card details and authorisation. The successful payments are subsequently imported into Propman and automatically posted/allocated. This means that payments can be made at any time of the day and it saves staff time by fully automating the posting and allocation of those payments
