The results showed that our Support Team have maintained their high level of exceptional service with the satisfaction of response time to a phone call or email scoring 9.2 out of 10.
Customers rated the satisfaction of the resolution of their support call at 9 out of 10 and the helpfulness and friendliness of our staff at 8.9 out of 10.
